Introducing our new AI receptionist

Helen, our new AI receptionist has started her work today. Helen can take multiple calls at once, so you don't have to wait in a queue to talk to us. When you call our practice, you will hear voice prompt asking you to choose 1 to talk to Helen if you are an existing patient trying to book, cancel or reschedule a standard appointment with Dr Jack Yap, or choose 2 to talk to our staff for any other appointments or queries.
